COVID-19 update - changes to how we do business

As the COVID-19 situation on the Isle of Man continues to develop we want to protect our staff and keep all our valued customers up to date with changes to the way we are working at IOMA. Below we've explained what we have been doing and what we are planning.

What We’ve Done

We have worked with our staff to give them the ability to work remotely, so that they could support the efforts to stop the spread of the virus by staying at home.

From this week we have reduced our staff numbers and will run essential functions, such as paying pensions, income payments and claims. In addition, we are still processing insurance premiums.

We intend to further reduce staff numbers in the office as conditions change, while still running essential functions.

How You Can Help

We are doing what we can to work as closely as possible to normal service levels. However, you will notice some changes:

Our ability to answer phone calls is limited and so we would ask you to communicate by email, please help us by doing so. We will aim to respond Within 3-5 working days. Please use one of the addresses below:

Wealth clientservices@iomagroup.co.im

Pensions Pensionadmin@iomagroup.co.im

GeneralInsurance driverguard@iomagroup.co.im

All IOMA company supplier communication to IomaAccounts@iomagroup.co.im

We will be keeping mail to a minimum as we only have a skeleton staff in the office. We therefore ask that, until further notice, you work with us and contact us by email only.

We continue to monitor and act on the advice of the Isle of Man Government and the World Health Organisation guidance and are ready to take further steps when necessary.
